Join us as we welcome the festive season at Castle Blatna and enjoy a day filled with warmth, light, and Christmas cheer.
On Sunday, 30 November at 4:30 p.m., we will celebrate the official lighting of our Christmas tree, and Baroness Jana Germenis-Hildprandt will light the first candle on the giant Advent wreath in the castle courtyard.
The evening will be accompanied by a beautiful performance from the children of T. G. Masaryk Elementary School Blatna, who will sing traditional Christmas carols together with their teachers, creating a truly heart-warming atmosphere.
Throughout the day, our Christmas Market will be open — offering regional delicacies, handmade gifts, and local crafts perfect for the season.
You can also enjoy our special Christmas guided tours, taking you on a journey through Christmas traditions from around the world. Each room reveals how the Hildprandt family celebrated the holidays in countries such as Slovakia, the USA, the Czech Republic, Austria, and Greece. Every stop offers a unique atmosphere and stories that highlight the beauty and diversity of Christmas celebrations across cultures.
