St. Wenceslas Day

September 28, 2015: St. Wenceslas Day is the Czech national holiday and one of the most popular celebrations taking place at many venues throughout the Czech Republic, commemorating the death of the Bohemian prince St. Wenceslas, who was killed by his brother on that day, in the year 935.

Piano courses

July 1-31, 2015: traditional piano courses held in the castle and at the Blatna Art School, including workshops and concerts by famous masters Pavel Voracek and Jan Bartos. The courses were concluded with a final concert by all participants.
