Lighting of the Christmas Tree

November is here and it's time to switch gears into Christmas mode! On 29 November watch the lighting of the Christmas Tree on Facebook and Instagram Live at 4:30pm! The event will take place in the castle courtyard as well as in the town centre. At 4:30pm the priest will give a speech in the castle courtyard and the Baroness Jana Germenis-Hildprandt will light the castle's Christmas tree. The festive atmosphere will continue with the lighting of the town's Christmas tree in the centre of Blatna. We are looking forward to joining us!

Christmas Market at Castle Blatna - cancelled

This year's Christmas Market at Castle Blatna, organised in cooperation with the Centre of culture and education Blatna, has been cancelled, following guidance by the regional health and safety authority. Health and safety are of prime importance to us, and we hope to make up for the cancellation next year in the courtyard of Castle Blatna.
