Our Alpacas
Bella
Bella is a silver-grey Huacaya alpaca. She was born in Wermsdorf, Germany, at Zauberland Alpacas farm. She is the oldest of our alpacas – born on May 22, 2021! Bella is the bravest and most active, a natural leader of the herd.
Alpaca Fun Fact: Alpaca herds often have a self-appointed leader who not only oversees the group but also influences the behavior of the entire herd. The leader – in our case, Bella – always walks in front, even during strolls through the castle park.
Bella’s patron is Pavel Horváth! Pavel is a Czech football star who spent most of his career at Viktoria Plzeň. He played over 400 matches and scored an impressive 82 goals! We are honored to welcome Pavel and Bella into our castle family.
Esmeralda
Esmeralda is a black Huacaya alpaca. She was born on June 10, 2021, at Zauberland Alpacas farm in Wermsdorf, Germany. Esmeralda is very kind and friendly, and she’s usually seen close to Diego, who follows her everywhere. Her mother won the title of Most Beautiful Black Alpaca at the largest alpaca show in Germany in 2014.
Esmeralda’s patron is Dana Batulková! Dana is a theater and film actress who began her career with the Free Association of Directors and later at the Komedie Theater in Prague. Recently, she has appeared in the sitcom Comeback and in TV series like Gympl and Slunečná, and also shone in the dance competition StarDance. We are honored to welcome Dana and Esmeralda into our lovely family!
Diego
Diego, like Bella and Esmeralda, is a Huacaya alpaca. He has a beautifully white snout and a pinkish-brown body. He’s our baby, born on July 25, 2021, in Wermsdorf, Germany, at Zauberland Alpacas farm. Diego is very calm, friendly, and sociable. He loves meeting new people – especially if they bring him something tasty.
Diego’s patron is Mariana Prachařová! Mariana is an influencer, singer, and actress from a well-known acting family. She’s active on both YouTube and Instagram, where she has nearly 200,000 followers. She also hosts her own podcast called Sarkastický kafe. We are honored to welcome Mariana and Diego into our castle family!

Alpacas
Alpacas are friendly, intelligent, and social animals. They are smaller than llamas and originate from South America, where they were domesticated by the Incas more than 6,000 years ago. Alpacas are raised for their fleece, which is the finest fiber in the world. During an alpaca walk, you can touch the fleece and feel for yourself just how soft and pleasant it is. Alpacas are highly social and learn by imitating one another. They are known for their quirky personalities – and trust us, each one has its own unique character.
Book a meet-and-greet and a walk with the alpacas. You’ll get to pet Bella, Esmeralda, and Diego, and even give them a little treat. Together, we’ll explore the entire castle park.
